PrecisionERP is a North American leader in providing contract based services to ERP markets including SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle and JD Edwards.

Our Calgary client requires a Senior Project Manager for a contract role from June through December 2008 for their Identity and Access Management Program.

The Senior Project Manager is required to lead the development and implementation of an onboarding/offboarding provisioning solution for its external Third Party relationships.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager will
include:
? Managing all project management processes e standards:
?? developing and maintaining project schedules, plans, and budgets
?? preparing status reports
?? tracking and disposing of issues in a timely manner
?? tracking action items
?? managing scope
? Leading the daily activities of the project
? Compiling/managing Project Charter
? Defining and executing on organizational change management activities
? Staffing project with support from the Program Lead and Project Office Lead

Required Experience
? 10 or more years project management experience
? Experience in integrating internal and vendor components into seamless business solutions
? Proven ability to facilitate consensus among a diverse set of stakeholders
? Management of Business Process definition and Reengineering projects
? Package implementations
? Data clean up and conversions
? Application integration
? Experience leading software development and integration
? Experience leading workflow implementation
? Developing and executing organization change management plans
? Experience with agile project lifecycle, values and principles
? Experience working on an agile project
? Experience Building an empowered team
? Experience facilitating team estimation and planning workshops
? Ability to map agile practices and metrics back to PMI equivalents
? Experience at lobbying business stakeholders to maintain continuous business involvement
? Experience at iteration planning, iterative estimation, and risk management
