IT RECRUITER JOB OPPORTUNITY in CALGARY ALBERTA

Our client is currently searching for a IT Recruiter, in Calgary
Alberta who is interested in working for a large company on a contract
to perm bases.

Job Details
The Recruiting Specialist will provide recruitment expertise for
positions across the country.
Responsibilities include:
• High volume staffing within a variety of functions (Technical,
Project and Program Management, Sales, Help Desk and more)
• Use of recruiting tools for applicant flow, tracking, and metrics,
candidate sourcing from the internet
• Developing and maintaining strong business partnerships with sales
and delivery management team(s)
• Identification of new candidates through cold calling, networking
and referrals
• Negotiating compensation, generating offer letters with candidates
• Other duties as needed

Skills Required
Requirements
• Have a minimum of 5 years of successful staffing in a high volume
environment (Prefer some agency staffing experience along with at
least 1-2 years in corporate recruiting)
• University degree
• Experienced in managing the staffing process (full life cycle)
• Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques
• Have extremely strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Have a high energy level, sense of urgency, and strong attention to
detail
