Drake International?s Associate Recruiting division is immediately looking to partner with an experienced Recruiter to join their Associate Division.

As an Associate Recruiter you will partner with Drake International to build a successful permanent recruiting / executive search business. Working under the Drake International name, you will have access to all of our industry leading products and services, as well as our recruiting tools, technologies and job boards.
There is no license fee to partner with Drake as an Associate Recruiter, but you must have or be able to obtain a GST # and carry liability insurance. As an Associate Recruiter you will be rewarded with a generous commission income.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop long term relationships and opportunities with clients.
Business Development.
Recruitment.
Negotiation.
Candidate Interviewing / Screening / Selection.
Client and Candidate Management.
Business Management

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will have the following:
Experience as a Corporate or Independent Recruiter.
Sales and Recruiting experience.
A proven track record of performance and success.
Industry knowledge and experience.
Strong time and project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation.
Results oriented ? driven by performance and quality.

Experience and expertise in one of the following verticals is preferred:
? Information Technology
? Sales and Marketing
? Engineering
? Geo Science
? Manufacturing
? Accounting and Finance
? Human Resources
